2 C. flour
3/4 C. sugar
2 t. soda
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
1/2 C. coconut
1/2 C. raisins
3 eggs
1/2 C. vegetable oil
1/2 C. milk
1 1/2 t. vanilla
2 C. chopped, pealed apples
2 C. grated carrots
1/2 C. sliced almonds
Directions:
Don’t over mix.
Bake at 350 for 10 – 12 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Yield: 1 1/2 dozen.
