2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Mix together and put into greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 – 20 minutes. While still warm, cut into squares and roll in powdered sugar
