Angel Food Pudding

1 angel food cake torn into bite sized pieces
1 T. gelatin, soaked in 1/3 c. cold water
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 pt. whipped cream

Cook:
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 T. flour
3 egg yolks
1 t. vanilla
pinch of salt

Low Boil sweetened condensed milk (in sealed can) for 2 hours. Cool. Cook milk, sugar, flour and eggs in saucepan. Remove from heat and add vanilla, salt and gelatin. Cool. Remove caramelized sweetened condensed milk from can; add to whipped cream. Fold in cooled milk mixture. Lightly toss over angel food cake pieces
