Anita’s Brunch

1st layer:
2 pkgs. Tator Tots

2nd layer:
1 lb. sausage-browned
1 pkg smoky links – chopped
2 dozen eggs – scrambled
cheese

Top Layer:
melt 1/4c butter
add 1/4c flour
1 3/4c milk
1 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp salt
pinch pepper

Layer Tator tots in bottom of a medium roaster. Then layer sausage and smoky links, cover with cheese. Scramble eggs and put on top of cheese. Top with sour cream / milk sauce.

Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
