6 c. peeled & sliced or chopped apples
1 1/3 c. sugar
3 T. flour
¾ tsp. salt
1/3 c. light cream
¼ tsp. cinnamon

Crumbs:
½ c. butter
½ c. brown sugar
1 c. flour

Directions
Combine all ingredients and place in an unbaked pie shell.
Crumbs:
Combine crumb mixture and place on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes or until done.
