1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. butter
4 T. clear jel
1 /2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
10 lg. apples, peeled and chopped
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter melted

Combine the first 6 ingredients and boil on low heat. Add apples and stir until thick. Pour onto unbaked pie shells.

Crumbs- Mix together ingredients and sprinkle on top of pies.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Makes 2 pies.
