Apple Salad

3/4 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. water
1 egg yolk
1 T. flour
1 c. sugar
1 T. vinegar
1 T. butter
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
1 c. grapes
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
3 c. chopped apples

Bring pineapple juice to boil. Add water, egg yolk, flour and sugar to thicken. Take off heat and add vinegar and butter. Mix together raisins, nuts, grapes, pineapple and apples in serving dish. Pour juice mixture over fruit and chill
