1 ¾ c. applesauce
1 c. oatmeal
Bring to boil, cover and let stand 20 minutes.
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 t. soda
½ t. salt
¾ c. brown sugar
1 ½ c. flour
1 t. cinnamon
½ t. cloves
Directions
Mix all together and add to the 1st mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until cake top springs back when touch lightly
