1 medium head of cabbage
1 T. sugar
2 T. flour
1 c. evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste
3 slices of bacon
Shred cabbage and place in buttered casserole dish. Mix sugar, flour and evaporated milk thoroughly, add salt and pepper. Pour over cabbage, place bacon slices on top. Bake at 350 until cabbage is tender. Sprinkle top with shredded cheese.
