1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 ripe bananas
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Cream sugar and shortening; add eggs and beat well.
Mash bananas and add.
Sift flour and baking soda and add to batter; beat well.
Place in a well-greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350.
