3 large ripe bananas
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 C. flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 C. pecans, chopped
3/4 C. sugar
1/3 C. butter. melted
1/2 t. salt
1 t. baking powder


Mash bananas then add sugar, egg and butter.
Combine with dry ingredients well.
Pour into muffin pan.
Fill only half way.
Bake at 375 for 18 – 20 minutes.
Yields: dozen
