Bavarian Cream Pudding

1 envelope plain gelatin
1/3 c. water
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs, separated
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cream, whipped
16 graham crackers
3 T. brown sugar
3 t. butter, melted

Dissolve gelatin in cold water; let set. heat milk, beat egg yolks with sugar and add to hot milk. Cook for 1 minute then add gelatin. let cool until it starts to set. Beat egg whites; whip cream and mix together. Add custard pudding and mix together. Crush graham crackers; add brown sugar and butter. Press half of crumbs in cake pan; pour pudding on top of crumbs and top with rest of crumbs. Let set
