1/2 c. lemon juice
2 pkgs. Sure-Jell
8 c. sugar
6 oz, (3/4 c.) raspberry jello
Bring to hard boil; beet juice, lemon juice and Sure-Jell. Add sugar and Jello. Boil 6 minutes. Put in jars and seal. Makes 2 1/2 qt.
