1 ½ c. all-purpose flour
½ c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
½ tsp. salt
1 ½ c. fresh blueberries
½ c. milk
¼ c. margarine, melted
Topping:
¼ c. margarine, melted
¾ c. brown sugar
1 T. flour
½ c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Gently fold in blueberries. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, milk and margarine; add to the flour mixture. Spread into a greased 8×8 inch baking pan.
Topping: Combine all ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
Variation: Cake mixture maybe used for muffins
