4 c. flour
6 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. milk
3/4 c. oil
2 c. blueberries
2 T. sugar
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and 1/2 c. sugar. Combine eggs, milk and oil. Add all at once to flour mixture. Stir until dry ingredients are moist, but still lumpy.
Fold in blueberries. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Sprinkle with 2 T. sugar. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
