Breakfast Casserole

6 qt. potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. milk
grated cheese
3 lb. sausage
1 lb. bacon
1 1/2 dozen eggs

Cook, grate and fry potatoes. Mix together soup and milk. fry bacon and sausage. Scramble eggs with 1/2 of fried bacon. Stir in cheese just as eggs are about done. (May add minced onion) Put together hot, in order given, in casserole dish. Bake at 250 for 30 minutes.
