Breakfast Casserole

5 eggs
1/2 t. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
2 c. grated cheese
1/4 t. pepper
12 slices of bread, cubed and moistened with melted butter
1 lb. sausage or bacon, cooked

Arrange bread cubes in bottom of greased pan. Pour the eggs, which have been beaten, along with milk, salt and pepper over the bread crumbs. Put meat over this and sprinkle with cheese. Refrigerate overnight if desired. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
