1 pkg. Cresent Rolls
1 c. Cooked Shredded Potatoes
5 Eggs, beaten with 1/4 c. Milk, 1/2 t. salt, and 1/8 t. pepper
1 lb. Sausage
1 c. Shredded Cheese
Prepare Crescent Rolls and use for crust. Spoon sausage onto crust. Sprinkle on potatoes and cheese. Cover with egg mixture. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
