Butterhorns

1 pkg. yeast
1 T. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
5 c. flour

Directions

Mix together and refrigerate overnight.
Divide in 2 parts and roll in 12 inch circles; cut in 16 wedges, roll up, starting at wide end. Let rise 4 hours. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
