5 c. sugar
6 eggs
6 c. butternut squash, mashed
6 c. cream or milk
1 1/2 t. salt
3 t. vanilla
6 T. flour

Mix all ingredients. Beat well. Pour into 4 unbaked pie shells. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 and bake until set.
