30 lbs. hamburger
2 qt. diced celery
1 1/2 C. mustard
2 C. Open Pit sauce
5 C. chopped onion
20 C. ketchup
4 1/2 C. brown sugar
1/4 C. vinegar
Brown hamburger and onions, then mix in remaining ingredients. Put in cans and cold pack 2 hours. Yields 21 qts.
