Cheese Sticks

1 (1/4 0z) pkg. yeast

1 1/2 c. warm water

1 T. sugar

1 t. salt

4 c. flour

8 string cheese sticks

In large bowl dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar, salt and enough flour to make a soft dough. Turn onto a floured board. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 6+ minutes. Let rise 10 minutes. Pinch off enough dough to easily cover a cheese stick. Wrap it around the cheese stick. Let rise about 15 minutes. Deep fat fry in hot oil; 375.

Serve with melted cheese to dip in.
