Chicken and Rice Casserole

2 C. instant rice
2 C. diced chicken
2 T. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 C. chicken broth
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 C. velveeta cheese
2 T. salad dressing


Boil rice in chicken broth, add rest of ingredients and put in casserole dish.
Bake at 350 until heated through and cheese melts.
Combine 2 C. Rice Krispies and 2 T. melted butter put on top and bake another 10 – 15 minutes.
