1 lb. loaf of bread, toasted
2 c. potatoes, diced and boiled
1 onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 c. chicken, cut up
1/2 c. carrots, diced and boiled
4 eggs
3 c. milk
1 qt. chicken broth
Beat eggs. Add milk and broth and pour over the rest, add salt and pepper to taste. Add milk and water until liquid comes to top of other ingredients. Bake at 350 until it seems to set. Serves 20 people.
