Chicken Pot Pie

1 2/3 c. frozen mixed veggies, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. cooked chicken , cut-up
1 c. Biscuit baking mix
1 egg

In 9″ pie plate, stir together veggies, chicken and soup. In small bowl stir together biscuit mix, milk and egg. Pour over chicken/veggie mixture. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
