Chopped Beef Casserole

¼ lb. cut-up chopped beef
1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
¼ lb. Velveeta cheese
2 T. grated or chopped onion


Combine and mix all ingredients; put into a 2 quart casserole dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
