Chunky Pecan Bars

1/2 C. flour
1/2 C. packed brown sugar
Filling:
3 eggs
3/4 C. dark corn syrup
1 t. vanilla
1 1/2 C. chopped pecans
3/4 C. sugar
3 T. melted butter
1 3/4 C. semi-sweet chocolate chunks

Directions:

Combine flour and brown sugar, cut in butter until crumbly. Press into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 – 15 minutes. Meanwhile Whisk eggs, sugar, corn syrup, butter and vanilla until blended. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until set. Cool. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator
