Church Jam

2 c. diced fresh rhubarb
2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry or cherry Jello


Combine the first 3 ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer 15 minutes, then stir in the Jello. Cool before using.
