Cinnamon Candy

2 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. light Karo
1 c. cold water
red food coloring
1/4 t. oil of cinnamon
Cook together sugar, Karo and water to soft or hard crack (290). Remove from heat and immediately add food coloring and cinnamon oil. Pour into buttered 13 x 9 pans. Cut as soon as cool enough to handle.
Roll each piece into a little ball
