Cinnamon Rolls

2 c. sugar
1 2/3 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs, beaten
4 pkg. dry yeast
5 c. warm water
12 c. flour
4 t. salt

Mix sugar, oil, eggs and salt. Put yeast in warm water and let set 5 minutes; add to first mixture. Gradually add flour until well mixed. Let rise until double in size. Punch down and let rise again. Roll out flat. Coat with melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up, cut, put in pans and let rise. Bake at 350. Makes 11 to 12 pie pans. These freeze well!
