3 (8 oz) pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature
3 t. vanilla
6 t. coconut flavoring
4 lbs. powdered sugar
2 lbs. unsweetened coconut
1 1/2 t. salt
Work salt, vanilla and coconut flavoring into cream cheese. Mix well. In a bowl mix powdered sugar and coconut together, then add to cream cheese; roll and cool. Dip in chocolate
