4 c. sugar
2 c. (scant) oil
2 c. freshly brewed coffee
4 eggs
2 t. lemon flavoring
2 T. baking powder
7 1/2 c. Robin Hood flour
Combine ingredients in order given. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 until done. Frost while still warm with frosting of your choice.
Note: Any flavoring can replace the lemon flavoring. Vanilla, maple, cherry, etc
