Dough:
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 t. vanilla
1/2 c. walnuts
Filling:
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
2 t. milk
1 t. vanilla
1 c. flour
Glaze:
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 t. shortening
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Dough:
In mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa and salt; add oil, eggs and vanilla. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes, then stir in walnuts. Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, cool.
Filling:
Cream butter with sugars. Add milk and vanilla and mix well. Beat in flour. Spread over brownies and chill until firm.
Glaze:
Melt chocolate chips and shortening in a pan, stirring until smooth; Spread over filling. Immediately sprinkle with nuts
