Corn Crunch Cereal

1 qt. buttermilk
4 c. cornmeal
4 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. brown sugar
2 t. salt
2 t. baking powder
2 t. soda
1 stick of butter

Mix all dry ingredients together. Stir in milk and butter. Spread into cake pans. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Put through screen or salad master and toast in slow oven, stirring every 15 minutes until done.
