Cornbread Salad

1 (8.5 oz.) corn bread muffin mix
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 15 (oz.) can pinto beans, rinsed & drained
3 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 cups shredded cheese
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
10 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

Dressing:
2 cups sour cream
2 cups mayonnaise
1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix

Prepare corn bread according to directions on package.
Cool completely and crumble. In a pan layer your crumbled corn bread and veggies, bacon and cheese. Pour dressing on top.
