Cornstarch Pudding

4 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
3 T. flour
1 T. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
2 T. milk
1 T. vanilla

1 c. Rich’s topping
8 graham crackers, crushed

Preheat milk in 3 qt. saucepan. In small mixing bowl beat eggs while adding sugar and mix well; add flour and cornstarch, stir; add 2 Tbsp. milk. After milk in saucepan
is scalded, pour mixing bowl ingredients into milk stirring constantly until it cooks. Remove from heat; add vanilla and cool. When cool, whip in 1 c. Rich’s Topping and add to pudding. Put in layers with crushed graham crackers
