Cream Cheese Icing

1/2 stick butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 t. hot water
1 t. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
Walnuts or Pecans (optional)

Cream together the butter and cream cheese; add water and vanilla. Sir in powdered sugar until smooth
