Cream Filled Coffee Cake

1 1/2 T. yeast
1/2 C. warm water
3/4 C. milk
1/2 C. oleo
1 t. salt
1/2 C. sugar
4 1/2 C. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. heat milk to boiling point. Add oleo, salt and sugar. Beat eggs, add to milk after luke warm. Add the yeast mixture, mix together. Add flour. Let rise 1 hour. Divide into 3 pie pans and rise until double in size. Make crumbs and put on top after dough is worked into pans.


1/2 c. brown sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 C. flour
1 T. oleo

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.


Boil 1 minute 4 T. water and 1/2 C. white sugar. Mix together with 4 2/3 C. powdered sugar, 2 t. vanilla and 1/2 t. salt.

When cake is cool, cut in half horizontally and spread filling between layers.
