1 1/4 lb. broccoli, chopped
4 T. butter
1/2 C. mushrooms, chopped
2 T. onion, chopped
1/2 C. carrots, chopped
1 C. potatoes, chopped
2 C. water
2 C. chicken broth
1 t. chicken base
1/2 t. pepper
2 t. salt
1 lb. cheese
4 C. milk
1/4 C. flour


Cook veggies, water and chicken broth until veggies are almost tender.
Do not drain, add rest of ingredients and simmer.
