Cream Pie

1 heaping T. flour
2/3 c. white sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, separated
pinch of salt
1/4 c. butter

Fold in stiff beaten egg whites last. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 and bake until done
