Crunchy Potato Balls

2 c. very stiff mashed potatoes
1 c. cheddar or Swiss cheese
1/2 t. pepper
2-4 T. flour
1 3/4 c. corn flakes, crushed
2 c. ham, chopped, cooked
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1 t. prepared mustard

In a bowl, combine potatoes, ham, cheese, mayonnaise, egg, mustard and pepper. mix well. add enough of the flour to make a stiff mixture. Chill. Shape into 1″ balls. Roll in corn flakes. Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. serve hot.
