Custard Fruit Pie

1 lg. c. fruit
½ c. sugar (more for rhubarb)
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
½ T. flour
1 tsp. butter

Directions

Heat milk to scald. Beat eggs; add sugar, flour, warm milk and butter. Pour into unbaked pie shell and add fruit. Bake at 375 degrees until set
