Custard Pie

2 1/2 c. hot milk
3/4 c. white sugar
1 T. flour
3 eggs
salt
vanilla

Separate eggs, beat whites until foamy. Mix sugar and flour, add milk, eggs yolks and vanilla. Then add egg whites. bake at 400 for 10 minutes then reduce heat to 325 until done
