1 lb. spicy pork sausage
2 c. milk or 1 can mushroom soup & 1 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
6 eggs
4 slices white bread

Cook sausage; drain. Beat eggs; add milk. Layer bread, sausage and cheese in a 13 x 9 pan. Pour egg mixture over top; sprinkle cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Serve hot.
