Deer Jerky

1/2 C. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. liquid smoke
1 T. black pepper
1 T. garlic powder
1/2 C. soy sauce
1 T. onion powder
1 T. red pepper


Tabasco sauce to taste. Lightly freeze meat so you can slice thinly in strips. Mix all ingredients, pour on meat then put meat in a crock or glass bowl. Marinate 12 hours or more. Drain. Put on cookie sheets or rack in 190 degree oven for 3 to 10 hours.
