Double Delight Coffee Cake

2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1 c. water
1 t. vanilla
2 (3 ½ oz.) boxes vanilla pudding or ¾ c. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. sugar
¾ c. oil
4 eggs

Middle and Top:
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. nuts
2 t. cinnamon

Combine flour, sugar, oil, eggs, baking powder, water, vanilla and instant pudding. Put half of batter in a cake pan. Now put on half of the sugar nuts and cinnamon mixture, then rest of batter and the rest of the crumb mixture. Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes.
