1 c. White Sugar
2 Eggs
3/4 c. Vegetable Oil
2 – (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding
2 t. Baking Powder
1 t. Salt
1 t. Vanilla
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into cake pan. Top with mixture of:
1 c. Brown Sugar
2 t. Cinnamon
1 c. Nuts (optional)
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
May also be drizzled with Caramel Frosting
