Crust:
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour

Heat oven to 400, mix together ingredients with hands. Spread into 2 pie pans and bake for 5 minutes.

Filling:
1 env. Knox gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. sugar
1/2 t. salt
2 T. cornstarch
1 3/4 c. scalded milk
5 egg yolks
vanilla
butter
1 c. whipped cream
nutmeg

Dissolve gelatin in cold water and set aside. Mix sugar, salt and cornstarch with a little milk and pour into the scalded milk; cook until thick and smooth. Then stir in egg yolks. Return to boil for 3 minutes. Add vanilla, butter and gelatin. Let cool, then fold in whipped cream. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
