2 1/2 lb. hamburger
5 eggs
1/4 lb. crackers, crushed
1/4 c. diced onion
1 pt. tomato juice
salt and pepper to taste
Mix thoroughly, put in baking pan and bake 2 hours at 300. Drain any juice and top with glaze. Bake another 15 minutes.
Glaze:
1/2 c. catsup
1 T. mustard
4 T. brown sugar
