1 c. oleo
1½ c. regular sugar
4 eggs
3 c. flour
1 (21 oz.) pie filling of your choice
1 ½ t. baking powder
1 (3/4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 t. vanilla
1 t. salt
Filling:
1 (8 oz.) stick cream cheese
1 egg
2/3 c. regular sugar
Glaze:
2 c. powdered Sugar
1 t. vanilla
3-4 T. milk
Directions
Beat oleo, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Remove 1 ½ c. batter. Spread remaining batter on a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 cookie sheet with sides. Spread filling over dough and add pill filling on top. Then add remaining batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Glaze while warm. Note: If using apple pie filling a coffee cake crumb topper is better than the glaze
